Peach Cottage

Welcome to the Peach Cottage as you enter this home, there are 2 living areas, dining and kitchen area. The 2 living spaces have seating for 10 and a 60" TV.   The dining area has a dining table with seating for 7 or 8. There is an eating bar with 3 bar stools. The Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and great cabinets with lots of counter space.  The dining room has French doors leading to a shaded back yard with patio and seating for 4. There is also a covered patio sitting area in the front yard. You can enter the gated pool area from the back or front yard of the house. An outside shower is located on the side of the house near pool area, so that you may rinse the sand off from the beach before entering the pool. 

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in this home. Bedrooms consist of a Master with queen bed, private bath with large shower and 32" flat screen TV.  Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with 32" flat screen. The Bunk Room has two bunks with full beds on the bottom and twin beds on top. The guest and bunk room share a hallway bath with double vanity sink and shower. 

At night, enjoy the cool breeze while listening to the ocean. You will want to return year after year to this great cottage.

This home is located next to Crab Trap and Crab Daddys, two of Saint Simons best restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. You can walk or ride your bike to our village and visit the light house musem, fishing pier and many shops and restaurants.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night.

Georgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services that we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**

Georgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service. For an additional fee, we will grocery shop for you and deliver to your home prior to your arrival. ** This service needs a 48 hour advance notice.** 

Each of our properties comes with the following

Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 trash bags
2 laundry detergent pods
2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom
Liquid hand soap
Liquid dish soap

This house was perfect for my family. Located on the best beach in Saint Simons . A short walk to beach was easy too. Loved the dunes and beaches. The privacy at the house was perfect. That pool was an added bonus. Great stay!! The manager was very accommodating.
