Welcome to the Demere Beach Cottage! Conveniently located on Demere Road, just after East Beach Causeway and just before Arnold Road. A short walk or bike ride to the Beach or the Village make this unique 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom cottage the best location on the island. We are a mile from the beach and a mile from the pier/village area!!
Designed and decorated to accommodate those looking for some rest and relaxation!! Open and spacious rooms, screened porch with a love seat and rocker overlooking the pool, and a front porch with rockers and a swing.
The downstairs living area of this place to stay on St Simons Island has a sofa and three chairs and the upstairs living area is equipped with a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa, both with flat screen smart tv's. The dining room table is an antique farm table and seats eight with additional seating (4) at the bar in the kitchen. The fully appointed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, gas stove, double door refrigerator, and every kitchen appliance you can think of!
The master bedroom is on the main level and has a new top of the line queen-size pillow top mattress, dresser, and a chair, plus a flat screen smart tv. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, as well as the second full bath. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen and the other has double/twin bunk with a double trundle on bottom, both with flat screen smart tv's. There is also a queen sleeper couch upstairs.
The pool, tiki area, and sun deck is your perfect island oasis! Patio furniture, grill, 60" hanging tv in the tiki area with luscious tropical landscaping plus an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach. Around the pool is cool deck with pool loungers along with fun pool toys! The house has a SONOS WiFi speaker system for guests to enjoy music both inside and out by the pool! *** Pool can be heated for $75.00 per day or $250.00 per week.***

The house is less than a five minute car ride or less than a ten minute bike ride from the beach and several local restaurants.
The Demere Cottage is sure to be a family favorite for years to come.
Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night

Let us bundle a vacation pakage for you and your guest. Services that we can offer for an additional charge so that you can enjoy your stay include bike rentals, golfcart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the islands local chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**

Another wonderful stay
We’ve stayed at this house twice. Beautifully decorated and maintained and well stocked with necessary supplies. We love the location close to coffee and shopping in one direction and the beach, dining and historical sights in the other. Love the screened porch, pool and lush tropical landscape out back.
